Embedded Industrial Computer is a compact, low-power computing unit designed for integration into industrial equipment and machinery. Optimized for space-constrained environments, it delivers reliable processing capabilities as an embedded pc industrial control core, enabling intelligent operation of industrial devices.

Equipped with Intel Atom or ARM Cortex-A55 processors, these computers support up to 16GB LPDDR4 RAM and 512GB eMMC storage, balancing performance and energy efficiency. Housed in compact aluminum enclosures (typically 100×150×50mm), they operate in -40℃ to 70℃ temperatures with IP40 protection, resisting vibration and electromagnetic interference.

Xiyang strengthens these units with its industrial expertise: leveraging in-house X86/ARM R&D centers, it ensures seamless integration with Xiyang’s vision controllers and edge servers, facilitating data exchange in rugged embedded computer systems. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing in Xiyang’s DQA lab (including temperature shock, ESD, and long-term operation tests) to meet industrial durability standards. Backed by the 8,000㎡ manufacturing base, custom I/O configurations (such as additional serial ports or GPIO) are available with 2-week turnaround via Xiyang’s OEM/ODM services.
