ARM Motherboard serves as the foundational hardware for embedded systems, built on ARM architecture to deliver low-power, high-efficiency computing in compact form factors. As core components for custom industrial devices, they enable flexible integration in space-constrained environments, supporting diverse IoT and automation applications.

Featuring ARM Cortex-A53/A55/A76 processors (2-8 cores), these motherboards support up to 16GB LPDDR4 RAM and multiple storage interfaces (eMMC, SATA, M.2). With compact designs (typically 100×70mm to 170×120mm), they operate in -40℃ to 85℃ temperatures, supporting wide-voltage input (9-36V) and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN, RS485).

Xiyang enhances these motherboards with its ARM R&D expertise: developed in-house X86/ARM R&D centers, they feature optimized PCB layouts for anti-interference performance, seamlessly integrating with Xiyang’s fanless boxes and edge servers. Each unit undergoes rigorous DQA testing (vibration, thermal shock, EMC) to ensure reliability.
