The ETC dynamic environmental monitoring system is an intelligent environmental and power monitoring solution specifically designed for the ETC gantry system on highways. It aims to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of ETC equipment in complex outdoor environments. This system achieves comprehensive remote monitoring and intelligent management of key equipment through a highly integrated intelligent cabinet.
Power monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the status of the utility power grid (power outage, on/off status), UPS operation status (input/output voltage, current, frequency, battery charge level and backup time), power distribution unit (voltage, current, electric energy, switch status), lightning protection device status, and equipment power consumption.
Environmental monitoring: Continuously collect environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, water immersion (leakage), smoke concentration, door magnetic switch status (cabinet door opening and closing), and vibration, to ensure that the equipment is in a suitable physical environment.
Security and Intelligent Control: Realizes anti-theft and video linkage (such as automatic capture when the door is opened) through smart locks, sound and light alarms, and infrared cameras; supports automatic control of LED lights inside the cabinet (the lights turn on when the door is opened and turn off when the door is closed).
Network and Communication Monitoring: Monitors the online status of network switches and IP devices, ensures smooth data transmission links, supports offline storage and resume from a broken point, and automatically synchronizes data after network recovery.
Intelligent Power Scheduling: When power resources are limited, the system can intelligently allocate power, prioritizing the operation of ETC core equipment (such as RSU and license plate recognition cameras). Non-core equipment (such as fill lights) can be powered off as needed, enhancing system resilience.
