System Components:

The highway vehicle weighing toll system is composed of dynamic weighing instruments, vehicle separators, wheel axle recognizers, weighing controllers, and weighing management computer systems (see the figure below)

l Dynamic weighing instrument-used to measure the dynamic weight of each axle of the vehicle
l Vehicle separator-The vehicle separator is mainly used to provide the vehicle entering and leaving signals for the checkweighing system to complete the separation of the vehicle. The effective detection height is 0.5～1.7m.
l Axle Recognizer-The Axle Recognizer is composed of a wheel axle detector and its controller, which is used to identify the type of axle of the passing vehicle.
l Weighing control cabinet-The weighing control cabinet is equipped with weighing controller, power supply, signal controller, control circuit of wheel axle identifier, protection circuit and other units. The cabinet adopts IP65 protection grade.
l Weighing management computer system—The weighing management computer system is the operating platform of this system. The system realizes seamless interconnection with the charging system through a network database.
