In the production process of air conditioners, because vacuum is a blind spot in quality control, there is no specific pressure parameter result monitoring, and defective products may flow into the market. Based on this, a reliable monitoring platform needs to be built, and the results can be uploaded to the MES system PPC-1501.
A. Scan the code to bind the trolley and press the "Start" button to start the test. At this time, the vacuum pump starts to run, the vacuum solenoid valve opens, enters the vacuum test, and the pressure curve starts to display on the touch screen.
B. Within 1 minute of the detection, if the vacuum does not reach the set value, an alarm will be issued. At this time, the vacuum pump will continue to run and go down according to the process.
C. Within 3 minutes of testing, if the vacuum reaches the set value, continue the process. After the vacuum time reaches the set value, judge whether the vacuum is qualified, and save the vacuum pressure and upload it to the MES system PPC-1501.
D. After the vacuum test, enter the pressure holding test. At this time, the vacuum pump continues to run, the vacuum solenoid valve is closed, and the pressure holding starts. If the pressure is qualified within the set time, the signal output is qualified (green light) indicating that it is not qualified Output unqualified (red light) indication, and save the holding pressure data and upload it to the MES system PPC-1501. The signal disappears during the test, and the touch screen pressure curve stops and remains on the touch screen interface. After the pressure holding ends, the vacuum solenoid valve opens, which is down Prepare for a test.
E. After the overall test is completed, upload the MES system PPC-1501 according to the unqualified results of the test steps.
